Suzanne Hanas, RN, BSN has practiced nursing for more than 40 years. She is a Graduate of The American University, Washington, DC and held an internship in cardiovascular nursing at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.
Suzanne has been an Advanced Practice RN for the last decade, and has extensive home health nursing experience achieving exceptional health outcomes and providing quality nursing care.
Suzanne has held positions at The 3M Company, Cyberonics, Hollister, Inc and Aventis Pharmaceuticals. Her positions at these companies has been to develop, educate, and market new medical surgical technologies at major medical centers. Her business acumen has translated to several successful entrepreneurialventures in home health care.
Suzanne launched Premier Geriatric RN to create the ultimate service for geriatric clients through the combination experienced RN’s, exceptional quality care and individualized services.
Liz received her nursing degree from Georgetown University. Then she worked in the hospital setting focusing her care on patients with heart and vascular disease. She had a particular interest in health promotion, disease prevention, and community health.
Later in her career, Liz earned a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in health policy from Johns Hopkins University. She used this experience working on Capitol Hill at an advocacy group specializing on issues affecting women and families.
Liz continues to care for patients in the community by focusing her efforts on home health where she has worked closely with both the skilled and personal care arenas. Her specialty in geriatric care management allows her to use her unique skill set and holistic approach to advocate and care for her clients.
Robin Nagle, RN
Robin has 25 plus years as an RN in the northern Virginia area. She specializes in Home Care and geriatrics, and enjoys the clinical and social interaction with her clients.
Lisa has over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She received her BSN from Hampton University and later earned her MSN in Nursing Administration from George Mason University. Her initial career started as a medical-surgical nurse at John Hopkins University, and after working in a variety of healthcare settings, her focus turned towards case management.
Lisa strives to empower her patients and their families by providing education, along with advocating on their behalf. She has established working relationships with many resources in the community and works to ensure patients have access to the care that they need. One of Lisa’s favorite quotes is “live simply so others may simply live” (Mahatma Gandi). In her spare time she enjoys reading, exercising, and attending church.
Denise Clement, RN, MSN has been in nursing for 39 years. While her clinical focus was on adult and pediatric critical care (emergency/trauma; intensive/coronary care; post anesthesia care; flight nursing) she has also developed numerous out patient centers. These include cardiac rehabilitation, adult/pediatric home infusion and home care companies; specialty infusion care and Medspa centers. She has experience as a Professor of Nursing and is well rounded in both care coordination and case management services. Denise is very focused on health maintenance and disease prevention and is dedicated to helping others achieve their optimum level of health and wellness.
Tania entered the nursing field as a nursing aid 10 years ago. Since then, she worked her way up as an LPN, RN, and BSN. Tania earned her associate’s degree in nursing from Metropolitan community college in Omaha, Nebraska and her BSN from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She looks forward to earning her Masters in nursing in the near future. Tania’s nursing career began in Brookstone Village Skilled Nursing Facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Afterwards she worked in a variety of setting such as Alzheimer’s/dementia unit, pediatric and geriatric home health, geriatric long-term care skilled nursing which includes skilled nursing, hospice and palliative care. In addition to working with Premier, Tania also practices as an oncology-med surgical nurse at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA. During her free time, she likes to volunteer, read and life coach.
Linda Williamson has lived in Northern Va the majority of her life. She graduated from GMU and worked half of her career in the hospital setting with a focus in the progressive coronary care unit. The other half of her career was in home health as a clinical manager in the office as well as a nurse in the community. Linda enjoys being a patient advocate, care coordination, patient education, and preventing emergency room visits. She earned a certificate as a board-certified case manager in January 2021.
