Long Distance Caregiving
Premier Geriatric RN’s Long Distance Caregiving is a service designed to manage all aspects of an individual’s care whose family or power of attorney is either unable to provide care locally or lives out of state. A care plan and communication system with the family member will be put into place with monitoring as appropriate.
